What is Eco Innovation?

Environmentally friendly products, services and technologies are becoming increasingly necessary to stabilize climate change and to mitigate the effects of global warming. Eco Innovation activities, which facilitate the development or adoption of new products and services with lower impact on the environment, are essential on the way to achieving sustainable economic growth through low carbon routes. This project, based at Nottingham University Business School, aims to study the Eco Innovation activities of the UK firms across all sectors. The results of the Eco Innovation survey will be used to better understand the drivers and outcomes of Eco Innovations for the private sector.
