The information collected is not intended to be used by any person or body to damage or harm the reputation of your company. No material will be published in such a way that information relating to any business or person can be inferred from it – e.g.:

• statistical tables will not show information relating to less than five companies in any cell, or tables from which such information can be deduced.
• narrative statements which include information about an individual company whether directly identifiable or not.

Most questions require figures related to the financial year 2009/10, while others request information for the three years 2007 to 2009. Figures should relate to UK operations only. Where precise figures cannot be provided for the three years 2007-2009, your best estimates are acceptable.
